Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 6 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.
To request cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.After Shipping:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or dispatched.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for reasons like change of mind, incorrect order selection, or personal dissatisfaction due to the nature of adult and personal-use products.
However, we do provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:
You received a wrong item
The product is damaged or defective
The package is missing items or incomplete
To claim a refund:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/video of the received package and product.
Email us at support@pharmacycondomwala.com with your order ID and issue details.
After review, if eligible, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
If review approved of the product then raise return and replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 days.
Return Policy
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept product returns. All sales are final unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
